Our Overhead Bar-Code Identifier has the following specs:

• Easily change reels of labels.
• Easily adjustable, height and width.
• Electronic labelling head, complete with product detection sensor and label stop sensor. (manufactured by Tigre) Stepper motor controlled.
• PLC controlled and hmi controlled. Settings including speed adjustments done electronically from HMI touch panel.
• Wind up and un-wind wheels are fitted with a mechanical clutch system to ensure there is always tension on the label web, ensuring precision when labelling
• High friction rubberised roller to pull the label web through the applicator, ensuring zero slippage of the label web, with quick release mechanism to ensure change of label reels is simple and quick.
