Rotary Gravity Level Filling Machine from Tigre
Our complete 304 stainless steel constructed Rotary Gravity Level Filling Machine, comes with a fully welded and polished deck. This creates a hygienic and effortless cleanable deck surface. The deck equips a gutter system which contains any product spillage and wash-downs, ensuring cleanliness of the machine work area. The deck also has a radius shape to ensure any spillage runs towards the gutters.
Rotary Gravity Level Filling Machine – What’s included?
The Header tank includes level control functions that adjusts to set filling heights. It also comes with two actuator valves, one used for the product inlet, the second used for CIP (Clean-In-Place). The CIP line runs to a rotary spray ball to ensure food grade hygiene. The Touch Screen Panel allows the operator to make adjustments electronically.
The Nozzle Filling system which includes food grade silicone bellows, are easy and affordable to maintain and keep clean. The components are all made from 316 grade Stainless Steel, and welds are polished to meet highest hygiene standards. Tigre Solutions can also incorporate Mechanical Nozzles with Teflon seals for chemical applications.
The Fully adjustable Capping Turret operates on a pick and place system. The Control Sensors ensure a “no bottle no cap” function. The Capping Turret can also be adjusted electronically via a Delta HMI touch screen. See MJ Automation for Delta HMI touch screens. The machine is Delta PLC controlled, enabling the operator to adjust all settings by using the HMI touch screen.
Capping Functions on the Rotary Gravity Level Filling Machine:
- Fully adjustable Magnetic Clutches for final torque on the cap.
Magnetic clutch system ensures a smooth operation of torquing the cap to the bottle.
- Passive chuck with spring loaded gripping tips or mechanically actuated chucks.
To collect the cap, while ensuring the cap is collected from the pick & place system, straight and without damage.
- Cap ejection pins installed into the spindles.
This is a fail-safe system to eject any caps from the chuck should the cap not be applied for any reason. This ensures that the chuck is always free of any caps before collecting caps from the pick and place area.
The final drive activated via a high-powered motor and gearbox. An oil filled nylon gearing system, ensuring a smooth, quiet vibration free operation of machine turrets.
The Line Control Sensors will ensure the machine to Auto Start or Stop when the Exit Conveyor has reached capacity. It will also ensure that no caps are in the Cap Chute and no Product in the tank.
