They are faster than the Tigre Solutions handheld capping machines and more affordable than an automatic capping machine. Operators will place the lids or caps, and the containers manually before the semi-automatic capping process begins.
Handheld/Manual Capping Machine
The upside of a manual capping machine is that it is much more affordable than the above options. The downside could be that there is a great deal of labour involved. The speed of our manual cappers is much slower compared to the automatic machines.
ROPP Capper
A ROPP Capper is a Roll Over Pilfer Proof capping machine that is designed to thread and seal aluminium caps onto ridged bottles or containers. The ROPP capping heads can be adjusted for an assortment of container shapes and sizes. Designer beverages or champagne bottles are good examples of containers with ROPP closures. Our ROPP capper is widely used for liquor, medical, pharmaceuticals, beverages, food, and edible oils.
